Procedure of recruitment
1/. Candidates complete application documents, including:
Job application (original).
Health certificate (original, valid within 06 months from documents submission).
Curriculum vitae approved /certified by local authority (02 originals, valid within 06 months from documents submission).
Identity card (photocopy, notarized).
Candidates’ information (As per attached form, please click here to download).
Diplomas, certificates (photocopy, notarized).
Marks records of secondary vocational school college, university are required
2/. Verifying candidates’ documents:
Based on job requirements and recruited positions, the Company verifies candidates’ documents and selects the satisfied ones. (Please be noticed that there is no return of unsatisfied documents).
3/. Invitation for interview:
Those candidates, depending on their applied positions or the company’s selections, whose documents are satisfied, will be invited to participate appropriate interviews (by mails or telephone).
For specializing positions: Knowledge of speciality/major, behaviors, adaptability to working environment… to be tested
For positions of direct work: Candidates are kindly requested directly to take part in real works for testing/evaluating their skills.
4/. Verification/Evaluation:
After interview, only qualified candidates will be selected by Council of recruitment.
5/. Probation:
After evaluation and selection, satisfied candidates will be introduced to the company’s units or divisions or branches to work as probationers.
Procedure and period of probation will be carried out in compliance with legal regulations
6/. Official employment:
After the stipulated period of probation, competent officers of concerning units will officially send the records to the General Department with remarks “TO EMPLOY” or “NOT” for decision.
